Ce.S.I. Centro Studi Industriali Srl (CESI) is an independent SME that focuses its activities on Design, Advanced Engineering and Consultancy in four strategic business areas: Machine tools, Advanced Materials, Transport and Micro-technology.
It has a staff of 10 qualified researchers and engineers, with huge experience and capabilities in the field of manufacturing enable to tackle complex and interdisciplinary problems. The company has a turnover of about 1 M€ and customers located all over the Europe. The main market sector addressed is the one of precise Machine Tools and production equipment for Automotive, Aerospace and Energy industries.
The high qualified engineering staff together with the permanent world-wide collaboration with the most important universities and excellence research centres allows CeSI to achieve very important industrial results and increase its own and customers’ competitiveness. Among others, CeSI’s customers and network partners include the following brands: COMAU, PAMA, BLM Group, FIDIA, GF+, GE, GAMESA, FCA,
SWATCH Group. CESI has been active in several EU collaborative research projects and, in particular, has been the Coordinator of the following projects: HyMM (505206), HARCO (260051), AMBER-ULV (604766). Key CeSI personnel have been also active as WP/Tasks leader of the following EU NMP and FoF orientated projects: ADAMOD (213999), COMETA (228754), EASE-R3 (608771), COPERNICO (229025), TRANSPARENCY (246273), MMTECH (633776), PROGRAMS (767287).
